It all starts with the camp community. Summer camp is much more than simply a place for kids to get away from home, meet new friends, and have fun. We provide children with a community of caring adults who help build self-respect and a safe environment where a kid can be a kid. Camp Jewell YMCA sets the highest standards in resident camping through programs that match the interests and abilities of each camper. Our desire at Camp Jewell YMCA is to create a place where friendships can grow and people can learn.

Our program is for campers 7-16 years old and our programs run in 2-4 week sessions. We also have teen leadership programs as well as a specialty horseback riding program called Ranch Camp. At camp, our number one priority is providing a safe, positive camper experience. We believe that campers are most successful when given the opportunity to push themselves out of their comfort zones and discover in themselves resiliency, responsibility, and confidence.
