With 285 campers and 200 staff—an incredible ratio—you will become an integral part of the campers’ lives, sharing encouragement, hugs and cheers on a daily basis.
Most of our staff are either college students from the US, Great Britain and Australia – or graduates of Camp Schodack’s Leadership Training Program.
