The dining facilities at both Clubhouses offer various venue options, whether serving a romantic dinner for two, or catering an event for several hundred people.
The PositionS
Food & Beverage Intern or Trainee @ $2,426 per month
Food and Beverage Rotation: Orientation, 4 Months Front of House (Banquets), 4 Months Ala Carte, 4 Months Summer Food and Beverage Outlets
Culinary Intern or Trainee @ $2,426 per month
Culinary Rotation: Orientation, 4 Months Baquet Kitchen, 4 Months Ala Carte, 4 Months Pastry
Training Period
October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023
Housing
Apartment at $150 per week with a $300 refundable deposit
Meal
One meal per shift provided.
Uniforms
Culinary positions provided full Uniforms. Other positions may provide uniforms.
Perks
Interns will enjoy the close proximity to the Nations Capital, where they will be able to learn about U.S. History, gain understanding of US politics and enjoy multi-cultural function on the Mall, such as the Cherry Blossom festival.
