All candidates will have an orientation phase at the beginning of their internship, in combination with three of the following rotations through our various outlets such as Apex, Daly`s, Yama Sushi, Vista Lounge, Banquets, Garde Manger, Butcher and Pastry departments.
Culinary: Culinary Fundamentals, Outlet Food Prep/Production/Line, & Advance Culinary Skills
Stipend: $13.50 /hour
F&B Front of House: Restaurant Operations, Guest Service, Pool Operations, In Room Dining, Front of House Operations & Dining Reservations
Stipend: Varies from $5.50-$12.00/hour plus tips dependent on the position/phase worked
