THE INTERNSHIPS
Our culinary interns work in all aspects of our culinary departments. Your training starts with an orientation phase to learn the overview of the organization and then time is spent in our Cafeteria/Banquet operations, on the Line and in the Pastry Department. By the end of the program you should have a well round experience learning all aspects of the culinary world in a high volume luxury hotel and club property.
$15.00 an hour.
Training Period
July 1st or earlier for 12 months.
Housing
Housing is provided in our employee housing dorm at a rate of $120.00 per week which includes all utilities, trash and recycling, Wifi and cable TV in the living room. A $200.00 security deposit is due at move in and will be returned if your room is left in good condition and your key is returned. We provide a free staff shuttle to bring you to and from work each day.
