We have over 480 skiable acres with 11 lifts, a gondola, and offer the longest trails east of the Mississippi! Staff Accommodation
Employee housing is limited, we cannot guarantee employee housing to all student. We encourage students to look for your own housing. Employee Housing cost varies – it can be $450-550/month, depending on the building. Most locations & housing placements will be shared bedroom options. Our dorms are equipped with beds, dressers many of them are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes (your housing office will specify). You might need to bring pillow, blanket, linens. Housing is within walking distance to your workplace. We do not offer co-ed dorms, you can check with the housing office if they are able to accommodate friends together.
Employer Perks
As part of Vail Resorts, all employees receive a FREE ski pass providing access to all of our 34 iconic ski resorts across North America. Employees and dependents can ski anytime, including weekends, with no reservations required (with the exception of possible blackout days if limited terrain is open).
Vail Resorts Hospitality offers eligible employees discounted lodging rates at our Rock resort Locations. Discounted lodging rates can be reserved by all active employees on a space available basis. Discount restrictions may apply during our busiest times such as the Christmas/New Year’s and other peak periods.
Employees will be able to receive up to their 50% discount at Vail resorts owned restaurants (can vary by location and during designated peak times). Employees may also receive 10-25% off at all Vail Resorts owned Starbucks locations with a valid ID.
