Palisades is a year-round mountain destination offering world-class adventure, North America’s most diverse terrain and events and activities throughout the seasons. Palisades is renowned for its legendary terrain that spans 3,600 skiable acres, six peaks and 30 chairlifts including a unique mountaintop beginner area and unrivaled expert steeps, chutes and bowls. Guests can be transported 2,000 feet in Palisades’ scenic Aerial Tram to High Camp, where they can dine, ice skate, or just enjoy the spectacular lake views. Located at the base of the mountain is The Village, which is a popular gathering spot for visitors due to the abundance of dining, shopping, and other activities.

Staff Accommodation

>Visit https://www.palisadestahoe.com/footer/employment. From there visit the tab regarding housing. There you will find information about housing in the North Lake Tahoe region. Once hired, we will provide you with further housing resources and information on where to look for housing. We do partner with a hotel in Kings Beach that houses a group of 35 our students. HR will send out information on this opportunity once all students are hired. This is on a first come first serve basis. Each person is responsible to make housing arrangement. Most of our employees find places to live by checking online sources such as Craig’s List, local newspapers, local rental agencies (Housing Connection), looking at bulletin boards and networking with other ski area employees. Finding a place to live can be challenging. Your housing search will be easier if you are able to arrive or contact potential housing early. If possible, we strongly suggest that you plan to obtain housing sometime before November.
