Snowshoe Mountain is a year-round resort with our most popular season being winter. Snowshoe has a unique feature of being an upside down mountain which means most of our facilities, including our village with a variety of shops and restaurants, are located on top of the mountain. Most of the employees even live on top of the mountain. From skiing, riding and other snow play to shopping, dinning and hanging out with friends, the activities are endless. All of this makes Snowshoe Mountain the perfect place to work and play!

Staff Accommodation

Cost: $300-$600/month. Deposit: $250

There are two housing options; dorms/hotel style and apartments. The dorm housing/hotel style is shared rooms, shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities are available. Two people per room. Apartments have multiple bedrooms. We offer both 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Tenants in the apartment style housing could have between 2 – 8 roommates. Bathrooms and kitchens are shared and communal.

Employer perks

Employees receive a staff pass, free ski/ride lessons, discounts at some retail stores, discounted food, free snow-tubing, free skiing and free snowboarding. Free employee appreciation parties. Free access to heated pools, slides, hot tubs and saunas. Free or discounted access to events and festivals held on the mountain.
