This is an amazing opportunity to interview with this ski resort and score a job for the US winter months in advance. Vail Resorts HR Director conducted a live Zoom Information Meeting in May. Only people who have completed an application and signed up for the Working Holiday USA or Work Experience USA programs will be invited to book an interview slot. Interviews for the Utah resorts will be happening at the end of August.

Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort combined in the summer of 2015 to create the largest single ski and snowboard resort in the United States. A new 8 passenger Quicksilver Gondola connection, along with the new King Con Express six-pack and Motherlode Express Quad make up just some of the improvements totaling over $50 million for the 2015-16 season. With over 7,300 acres, 300+ trails, 41 lifts, 8 terrain parks, one super pipe and one mini pipe, plus many diverse ski-in/ski-out and village adjacent lodging properties, Park City is an easily accessible, world-class mountain destination located in an authentic and historic western town.
Staff Accommodation
Employee housing is limited, we cannot guarantee employee housing to all student. We encourage students to look for your own housing. Employee Housing cost varies – it can be $375 -600/month, depending on the building. Most locations & housing placements will be shared bedroom options. Our dorms are equipped with beds, dressers many of them are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes (your housing office will specify). You might need to bring pillow, blanket, linens. Housing is within walking distance to your workplace. We do not offer co-ed dorms, you can check with the housing office if they are able to accommodate friends together.
Employer Bonus
As part of Vail Resorts, all employees receive a FREE ski pass providing access to all of our 34 iconic ski resorts across North America. Employees and dependents can ski anytime, including weekends, with no reservations required (with the exception of possible blackout days if limited terrain is open).
Vail Resorts Hospitality offers eligible employees discounted lodging rates at our Rock resort Locations. Discounted lodging rates can be reserved by all active employees on a space available basis. Discount restrictions may apply during our busiest times such as the Christmas/New Year’s and other peak periods.
