The PositionS

Rooms Division
3-4 month rotations through Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector positions and also cross train with Valet, Night Audit and Reservations for 1-2 days.
$19-20/hour

Food & Beverage
3-4 month rotations through Restaurant Host, Server, and Supervisor (or Banquet Captain); cross train in Banquets and Event Coordination.
$15+ tips for Host, $9.54 + tips for Server and $19-21/hour for Supervisor

Culinary
Intern or trainee with rotate through Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Banquets. Work with Executive chef to learn menu planning, creation and costing, scheduling, budgeting, ordering, receiving and storage.
$19-20/hour

Training Period

Internships and Traineeships would ideally begin in mid-June or mid-November. 

Housing

Shared room is available for $500/month.  Trainee is not required to stay in our housing and is welcome to arrange housing in the local area on their own at any time.

Perks

We offer a Vail Resorts Merchant Pass (which allows you to ski at Vail Resorts) or the cash equivalent paid at the end of the season if they don’t ski.
