The town of Brick, NJ is famous for its gorgeous beaches and pristine waterways.  The shore is a vacation destination for much of the New England and New York areas.  The attractions include waterparks, a boardwalk with games and rides; parks and fireworks displays…just to name a few.  Also, its just a short trip to New York City, Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

 It’s here you’ll find Beacon 70…the premier hotspot for dining and socializing at the Jersey Shore.  Located at the source of the Metedeconk River on the Marina at Beacon 70. 

Opening in the fall of 2017, Beacon 70 has become a destination for boaters and sports fans alike.  Equipped with 3 full service bars, an outdoor deck with waterfront dining, a huge 18 foot video wall and over 60 high definition TV’s boasting every sport imaginable. 

The PositionS

All candidates will have an orientation phase at the beginning of their internship, in combination with three of the following rotations through our various outlets.

Culinary: Culinary Fundamentals, Outlet Food Prep/Production/Line, & Advance Culinary Skills

Stipend: $13-$17 /hour

Training Period

One year with a start date between June and November.


A single family house will be provided for all interns to stay for the duration of their time here.

 The cost is $425.00 USD/month per person.
