THE INTERNSHIPS

All candidates will have an orientation prior to starting their internship. Winter Park Resort offers internship opportunities in 1) Food & Beverage at a wide variety of outlets and 2) Guest Services at West Portal and Village Rentals.

Culinary
Culinary Fundamentals, Outlet Food Prep/Production/Line, and Advance Culinary Skills
Stipend: $12.50 /hour

Guest Services
Customer Service Fundamentals in Hospitality, Sales/Marketing Policies & Procedures, and Resort Computer Systems and Payment Processes.
Stipend: $12.50/hour

Housing

Provided – shared living space. $400 – $600 per month.

Meals

Typically culinary interns will receive one meal during their shift. Students will also receive 50% off of Resort cafeteria dining.
