Culinary 1 – Orientation, Culinary Fundamentals, Kitchen Operations, Specialty Cuisine
Culinary 2 – Orientation, Food Preparation, Specialty Cuisine, Hot and Cold Stations
Culinary 3 – Orientation, Specialty Cuisine, Banquet Kitchen, Outlook Cook
Food & Beverage – Orientation, Front of the House Operations, Banquets & Events, Group Services
US $12.50/hour
Training Period
Culinary – June 2020 start for 12 months
Food & Beverage – April/May 2020 start for 12 months
Uniform
Will be supplied, US $100 refundable deposit.
Housing
Will be provided, 2 people per room, rent US $500/month. Housing is furnished with fully functional kitchen. US $400 deposit.
Meals
1 meal provided each shift.
Transport
Free transportation on bus line.
